Welcome to The Fabritorium. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our websites located at https://thefabritorium.com and https://fabritorium.com (collectively, the “Site”), as well as any products, services, content, or features offered through the Site.

By accessing the Site, creating an account, or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Site or services.

The Fabritorium is an ecommerce platform offering:

  • 3D printed products

  • Prototyping services

  • Custom and non-custom physical goods

Services are provided to customers in the United States and internationally and are subject to availability and applicable laws.

To use the Site and services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction

  • Be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement

Use of the Site by children under the age of 13 is not permitted.

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. We do not store full payment card information.

6. Custom and 3D Printed Products

You acknowledge that 3D printing and custom manufacturing involve inherent characteristics, including:

  • Minor variations in color, texture, finish, and dimensions

  • Differences between digital previews and final products

  • Material tolerances and manufacturing limitations

Placing an order constitutes acceptance of these characteristics.

7. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed

  • Delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or external factors are not the responsibility of The Fabritorium

  • Risk of loss passes to the customer once the order is transferred to the shipping carrier

International customers are responsible for duties, taxes, and customs fees.

8. Returns and Refunds

  • Custom or made-to-order items are non-refundable, except in cases of defects or damage upon arrival

  • Non-custom items may be eligible for return at our discretion

Return requests or issue reports must be submitted via thefabritorium@fabritorium.com within a reasonable timeframe after delivery.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Site or services to:

  • Violate laws or regulations

  • Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights

  • Upload malicious software or harmful content

We are not responsible for errors resulting from customer-provided materials.
