  • Orders may be refused or canceled due to errors, availability issues, or suspected fraudulent activity

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. The Fabritorium does not store full payment card details.

7. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, or other external factors

  • Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order is handed to the carrier

International customers are responsible for all applicable duties, taxes, and customs fees.

8. Returns and Refunds

Due to the custom nature of many products:

  • Custom or made-to-order items are non-refundable, except in cases of defect or damage upon arrival

  • Non-custom items may be eligible for return at our discretion
