This Refund Policy applies to purchases made from The Fabritorium through our websites https://thefabritorium.com and https://fabritorium.com (collectively, the “Site”).

By placing an order on our Site, you agree to this Refund Policy in addition to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.


1. Overview

Due to the nature of our business, many of our products are custom-made, made-to-order, or 3D printed. As a result, refund eligibility varies depending on the type of product purchased.

Please review this policy carefully before placing an order.


2. Custom and Made-to-Order Items

Custom, made-to-order, or personalized items are non-refundable and non-returnable, except in cases where:

  • The item arrives damaged

  • The item is defective

  • The item received is incorrect due to our error

Minor variations in color, finish, texture, or dimensions are considered normal characteristics of custom manufacturing and 3D printing and do not qualify as defects.


3. Non-Custom (Standard) Items

For non-custom, standard products:

  • Returns may be accepted at our discretion

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging

Approval for returns must be obtained before sending any item back.


4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within a reasonable timeframe after delivery

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the issue

Once verified, we may offer one of the following at our discretion:

  • Replacement

  • Repair

  • Refund (full or partial)


5. Incorrect Orders

If you receive an incorrect item due to an error on our part, please contact us promptly. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or refund.


6. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

We are not responsible for delays caused by payment processors or financial institutions.


7. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method for approved returns

  • We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping


8. Cancellations

  • Orders for custom or made-to-order items cannot be canceled once production has begun

  • Requests for cancellation must be submitted as soon as possible after placing an order

Approval of cancellations is at our discretion.


9. International Orders

For international orders:

  • Customs duties, taxes, and fees are non-refundable

  • Delays caused by customs or carriers do not qualify for refunds
